We are Telford and Wrekin IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies), formally known as Telford Wellbeing Service.  We're here to help people with common mental health problems, such as anxiety and depression. We offer information, guidance and talking therapies, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Counselling. To access our service you need to be aged 16 or over and registered with a Telford and Wrekin GP. 

If you are under 16 years old, please contact https://camhs.mpft.nhs.uk/beeu for support.  Please note people who are 16 and 17 are welcome to use our service, but we will ask for contact information for your parent or guardian, in case we have any concerns about your safety.

You can call us on 01952 457 415 between 9.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday. We will take your details and arrange a telephone assessment with one of our Practitioners.

COVID-19 Update

We are open to all professional and self-referrals, please see above for how to get in touch.  All of our therapy is being conducted either via telephone, online, or video call.  We are not able to offer Face-to-Face appointments routinely at this time.
